Miracles: A Parascientific Inquiry into Wondrous Phenomena

Rogo, D. Scott

Rogo presents a modern introduction to miraculous phenomena. Miracles are described under three major groups: "Miraculous Talents" (levitation, stigmata, bilocation); "Miraculous Events" (divine images, miraculous hailstones, bleeding statues and weeping madonnas); and "Miraculous Interventions" (Marian apparitions; miraculous healings). In the final chapter, "Psyche and the Miraculous," Rogo draws on the findings of parapsychology and other sciences. Rogo theorizes about the nature of miracles in a fresh way.
