Beyond Reality: The Role Unseen Dimensions Play in Our Lives

Rogo, D. Scott

In the Preface Rogo says the aim of this book is "to show that the existence of psychic, spiritual, and so-called 'extraterrestrial' forces points to the possibility of multiple realities" (p. 11). Furthermore, he contends that there are times when "the subconscious mind produces rifts between our daily reality and those other reality systems, which result in what we call psychic effects, miracles, UFOs and other strange phenomena" (p. 12). He attempts to set forth the nature of the predisposing circumstances. He does not simply posit parallel realities and universes; he proposes that those other realities interface and interact with everyday consensus reality. The book is in four parts: the first is on ESP and PK, or parapsychological abilities; the second is about the survival of death; the third is on UFO encounters; and the last is on miraculous phenomena.
